I would NOT ever eat here again.
Had to wait over 45 minutes when shop 5minutes away, ordered rice and sweet and sour chicken, and seaweed! Was all cold, chicken was dry, burnt and old. I rang to complain as disgusting and old, owner lady argued that it's how it's supposed to be, I have eaten there for years and will never return.
If wanting a good meal I recommend you give them a miss.
Poor food and customer service.

Thought I would give them a chance on food that was credited to me after poor food after months and told No, was lied to about it and feel let down by poor customers service, they are obviously not bothered by customer feedback and will no longer eat or recommend them.
If after a good meal then avoid this one.
Didn't even care about review or to put it right!

Lightening fast delivery, food was fresh and piping hot. Every dish we ordered was amazing, especially the salt and pepper prawns. If you haven’t had them, I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Best Chinese in Sittingbourne by far.

Used these guys for over 10 years, top quality food every time but tonight tried to order and pay over the phone as they have 90 min delivery time and said would collect but told this type of payment takes them too long to put trough so won't do it? Not a very polite manager, a little bit to unhelpfull , verging on rude? Obviously 20 years of using this place doesn't count for much, very dissapointed so ordered from Marinos fish bar who were very accommodating. Suggest you guys review how you treat long standing customer if you want repetitive customers?

I've used this place for about 20 odd years never had a problem
The only thing that would take off better for them is to go on line ?
But luckily they have a good fan base and do really well
And cheaper than anywhere else as well (bonus )

Complained chips and sweet and sour chicken tasted days old. Was told they would replace them with the same food if I was to scrape the 4 portions back in to containers for them. Phone got put down on me. Probably getting food poisoning.

Service is great, and always friendly.

Been using this Chinese since I was a small child. Never had any complaints. Always love the food. I travel now, from strood to sittingbiurne. So I can still have quality foods.
