Lots Of Rice Berkhamsted

The food from here is the best Chinese we've ever had. We travel from another town and it's always worth it.
The staff and chefs are so polite and friendly, a really welcoming environment.

Best Chinese food around!

You'd have to go into London to get something even remotely comparable. Don't bother with the other ones in Berko, these guys are top notch, and they're rated 5 stars on hygiene rating which others are not!

My favourite is their cashew and yellow bean curd dish!

Reliably the best Chinese takeaway in Berko for the 15 years I've lived here. Everything (10 dishes) we ordered was of a very good quality.

Really good quality food and clean kitchen. Staff are friendly and can accommodate different dietary requirements including vegetarian/vegan.

Ingredients are so fresh which is so rare in a takeaway Chinese! Highly recommend the salt and pepper chicken and curry sauce!

AMAZING food, also such fast and freshly cooked in front of you within minutes.

We loved LOR at first but I’m not sure if it has changed or it’s not as good as we thought or what. Our friends also love this takeaway but the last few times we have had it, it just wasn’t as good. The sauce-y main dishes (something in oyster sauce, teriyaki etc) just seem to be laden with onions and not that differing in flavour. The soups also don’t seem as good anymore. The last two times we have eaten there my spouse felt really ill after (i did not though I’d like to add). I really loved this takeaway once!

The best Chinese I’ve tried in Berkhamsted. Amazingly efficient service, online ordering, the food quality is great in general.
