I ordered last week and it was all terrible and it all went in the bin so this week I ordered from what I thought was a different restaurant with better reviews (neighbours food bar) just to find out they have 2 different places on Deliveroo, I tried to cancel 30 seconds after I ordered when I realised but was told they had already started cooking (I doubt it) anyway I thought I would give it 1 last try! Never again it was worse than the 1st time

I haven't eaten as bad a Chinese meal since my impecunious student days. We ordered a takeaway from here, Saturday evening, (19.30), and it was truly dreadful. The ingredients were poor, not fresh and had clearly been pre-prepared. Even the rice was inedible. If you are thinking about it - don't!

The food was oily. Very stale mixed with stale rice made me vomit.

WARNING - I received my order of a chocolate fudge cake and it came with mould on it. I can't imagine how long this cake was sitting out for and how they prepare the rest of their food.
When we called the restaurant they said that it is supposed to come like this.

This place does nice chinese food. However, the service is very poor sometimes. If you get delivery you may have no problem but we order to collect as delivery drivers never seem to find our flat, both times we have collected we have been spoken to not very politely and left not feeling great. Recently we ordered on a busy weekend on deliveroo, the restaurant said we could collect at a specific time on the app. When we arrived, a very unapologetic man said it will be 30 mins more and shrugged his shoulders and said the app is wrong, 'it is not a normal day'

They also reported the order was fulfilled on the app, I assume to not ruin stats. Fortunately when we came back later, the food was ready. But with the restaurant reporting incorrect info to deliveroo, they could have just taken our food and not given us any money and the app would've done nothing, we had a very anxious wait. I understand it must be a busy stressful time for the staff but can't they just apologise and be polite?? We would have felt a lot better about it if they did. Please update delivery times when it's a busy day and please improve customer service else unfortunately we will have to find another chinese.

Absolutely disgusting. The crispy beef had nothing but onions and carrots and around 4 pieces of beef, same as the beef satay, nothing but mountains of onions and the couple pieces of 'meat' that were in there was like chewing pure fat. then theres the curry sauce, £2.50 for around 20mls of sauce that just tasted like liquid salt. The not so special fried rice was shocking too, tiny pieces of meat and peas and just tasted like it had all been microwaved. very, very disappointed. Avoid this place at all costs as it's clear they are paying for fake reviews on websites such as Uber eats and just eat.

Terrible food. I paid for mandarin steak and they sent me some cheap cut of steak, sodden in blood and bean sprouts. I called to resolve this as I couldn’t eat it and the man was very rude, shouting at me down the phone. He had the audacity to tell me it was my fault for ordering it. Need I say more. Avoid - terrible service, terrible food.
