Horrible customer service!
Ordered food from the restaurant and got an estimated delivery time of one hour. After the hour I got an update saying it will have to be half an hour later due to unexpected business which is fine. When the food did not arrive even after two and a half hours I started calling the restaurant just to be put through to a full mailbox of a messaging service.
When the delivery guy finally showed up after THREE hours he dares ask how long I’ve been waiting and after hearing my answer laugh into my face saying “it’s normal” ?!?! Also demanding I pay, which I did online when placing the order. £25 “well spent” on my behalf.
First and last time ordering from them!!

Save your money! Still waiting for our food! Not even worth the one star to post this review! Ordered a family meal last night as a lockdown treat to have the most awful experience. Ordered our food at 5.30pm for a 6pm delivery for it to arrive at 7.39pm (over two hours later). Numerous phone calls to the wok kitchen to ask where the order was from 6pm until delivery time and each time was told "driver is 5 minutes away". No apology given each phone call. When order did arrive we where missing crispy seaweed and salt and pepper squid and the meal was stone cold. Was told that salt and pepper squid was not available and had been substituted with salt and pepper prawns (without asking us) - not good if you have an allergy to prawns! Asked for items to be replaced (as having read reviews saw people are still awaiting refunds) and they said would be re-delivered. Did try calling a couple of times to chase up missing items and there was no answer and next call got a "this number is not available" voice message. Still waiting for the replaced items at 10.10am the next morning. Dispute case opened with our card provider having spoken to them this morning.
Such a shame as had a few good meals with them during lockdown 1 and 2 and any problems we had where resolved quickly, with an apology an other items as a goodwill gesture.
Sorry for the long review but at least this one is genuine!

Ordered at 18.06pm on website as always being told not to use just eat. Phoned at 19.52 to ask where it was. Were told it would be 30 mins. Still no food at 20.50, so rang again. This time they said they will check with the kitchen to see whats going on. Then we are told its just leaving at 21.00. Nearly 3 hours wait for our dinner. We have used the wok kitchen a few times from just eat app and have had items missing before. Finally arrived at 21.15.Also missing an extra sweet and sour sauce. Food was cold

We ordered our food at 7.40pm - it is now 9.55pm and the food is still not here. After being told it is on it's way at 9.10pm there is still nothing. I called the restaurant and told them they shouldn't take orders if they can't accommodate - I was offered a 20% discount. Quite frankly - the service has been completely outrageous and I can't quite fathom what is going on. This the first time we attempted to order from them, we will not be ordering again.

I would definitely not recommend this, I ordered vegetable spring rolls for a vegetarian and they bit into it to find it had chicken inside!
Extremely disappointed we called the restaurant whom had no remorse and were extremely rude, didn’t apologise or offer to send more.
They offered £2.50 for the spring rolls that we never got, when I said it wasn’t good enough and I’ll be looking into this they put the phone down.
£2.50 to a vegetarian doesn’t really do it justice.

I'm sorry to say this was the worst Chinese meal we've ever had, our order was 25 minutes late and arrived stone cold. The quality of our food was awful. Beef chowmein was stodgy, curry sauce was like coloured water. The fried rice bland was ment to be special fried rice but there was nothing special about it.
S/Sour king prawns were undercooked and our prawn crackers were missing
I would avoid this takeaway at all cost as 3/4 of our meal went in the bin after paying over £40

Can't give 0 star rating. Food was terrible, missing food that I ordered I was told they would bring it they phoned and said they were busy and would refund me £15 and it would be dropped off the following day. 3 days later and many many rude staff members and still have not recieved my partial refund which only just covered the missing food cost. Will never order from here again. Would realistically expect a full refund.

A hit & miss Chinese takeaway place, rice was cooked but half the grains were still firm and bullet like... As though more rice had been added to the pan half way through cooking.

Nothing to write home about and can be better, excellent customer service. Delivery person followed covid guidelines, unlike many others now there is a vaccine doing the rounds.

Though the food was average bordering on mediocre, our house was left with empty plates, just sad that we never felt any joy or happiness with our meal.
Recommended locations
