Golden Dragon

Two hour wait after a promised twenty minutes. I had to phone regularly, with no attempts at contact made by the restaurant. I eventually squeezed a 10% discount that has to this point not been given, as it was promised to be. Awful service; I wish there was a lower rating than 'poor - fair' available.

Like previous review this was a disgusting meal, arrived late and none was eaten. Used Just Eat so trying to get a refund. DO NOT USE

Now called ooki. Slow delivery, wrong items, foul tasting. Never again.

Terrible takeaway. Delayed my order by 30 minutes and then when I phoned to chase the delivery time. They had lost my order and told me to wait another 30 minutes minimum.

They also tried to charge extra for a delivery cost. Which I had already paid via just Eat.

Person on the phone didn't listen to me, all in all. A fairly terrible experience.

If I could give them less I would.

Ordered through just eat and waited 15 minutes before calling me on an unknown number twice. I didn't answer so they text me to tell ME to cancel the order through just eat customer services. They could have declined my order to begin with and not waste my time. Disgusting customer service that is incredibly rude!

Do not use this restaurant to order from. They are useless. This isn't the first time I've had bad service and lied to. I ended up cancelling my order and going elsewhere as my order was over an hour late. Apparently traffic is really bad in the area. Yeah that's a good one I live 2 minutes from town and strangely enough there is no traffic. If I could have left 0 stars I would have.
