The New Good Friends

It's a average Chinese takeaway. To be fair though - I've only bought food from here once or twice. It was OK though. Nothing to complain about, but nothing special either. Happy to go there again.

Recommend for one person a chop suey chicken sweet and sour pork balls egg fried rice £7.80 well worth going out and getting a Chinese. Are sweet and sour chicken balls very nice as well clean tidy and very hot

Ordered some food for delivery from here. The food arrived quicker than expected, I was told it would take an hour but it arrived in 40 minutes.

I liked the mini vegetarian spring rolls, they were very crispy. The curry sauce was nice and thick, although the container was quite small and I wish I had ordered 2 as one wasn't enough. However the dishes lacked meat. There was hardly any pork at all in the pork fried rice, and the salt and pepper chicken looked like a large portion but alot of it was vegetables. The fried rice didn't look or taste like it had it been fried at all, it was just like boiled rice with some egg, peas and small amounts of pork in it.

Fantastic chicken curry, crispy chips and the bbq sauce is simply sublime. I'm really glad I've found a local Chinese takeaway that serves fantastic food and I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes. Superb.

1st time ordering and sadly the last, more expensive than better ones in town, said half hour delivery and was over an hour.. food arrived quite cold. Chicken balls were tough, cold and super oily with zero taste to them! Lady who answered the telephone is lovely though on a positive!

The food was absolutely disgusting.the noodles are soggy and looks quite disgusting and the deep fried squid pastry was soggy and soft not Crunchy and they were to big. The prawn toast had no prawn at all and the spring rolls are quite empty and gross. The prawn cracker is nice but not like the one I had at a different Chinese restaurant. This is my first time trying it and it's so disgusting. I don't understand how you guys like it but that's your opinion but this is so disgusting I'm never ordering from that place ever AGAIN!
