You should now and then take notice of bad reviews. Erica, we too have just had a very tasteless meal. Food was bland, no flavour. Chow mein was ready cooked and just had soy sauce coated in the wok and hardly any chicken. Singapore dish had no heat or flavour, actually needed salt. Foo young was just an omelette with boiled chicken pieces, not the normal Chinese flavour. We feel cheated of a meal and let down waste of £30.

Went last night starter rice and main cooked to order.salt chilli ribs starter and was in a large foil carton. The king prawn fried rice again was in a large foil carton then I had a HOT house special curry. All delicious basically 3 mains for under 20 quid!! Down on business might go again tonight

Hard to find a decent Chinese for quality, quantity and timely delivery. However, this is the exception. I have ordered a few times now and the standard seems to be consistently good. Rebecca is friendly and in relation to customer service does not hesitate to go the extra the mile.

From getting into gosport on the Monday,, Tuesday was more of a walk around picking up menus and seeing what was around for takeaway as staying in a B&B.. after going into most takeaways you come to thi gem of a place.. you aitch as your food is getting cooked run by a wonderful family making awesome tasting food..

1hr 40mins delivery time and was Mediocre at best. Luke warm and getting less and less in the dishes for your money. Will be ordering from somewhere else from now on, which is a shame as their food was outstanding not so long ago

Thank you Gourmet China for such amazing food. We have tried most Chinese take aways from Fareham and Gosport and this by far is the best. Lovely and helpful phone advice, very polite. Thank you, will highly recommend to friends and family

Ordered off Uber at 19.10 was told 20.20-20.45
Called at 20.40 was told will be 10 mins. 40 mins later At 21.20 we finally got a barely warm Chinese . Will not be ordering from them again

Been trying a few Chinese takeaways as our regular one let us down a few times, funny enough I was going to go somewhere else and I thought this one is just over the road and thought I would give a go and so glad we did we really enjoyed our meal really friendly staff will definitely use again!
