Lily House Chinese Takeaway

Generous portions and lovely food. We have just moved into the area and will use this take away again. Our only critism is that the prawn toast was not as good as the other items.

Grubby front of house has seen any cleaning for some time, behind counter even worse goodness knows what the kitchen is like !!
Had set meal A1 for one ********..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
waited 40 minutes in store for A1 and 1a I found a hair in the over cooked egg fried rice the beansprouts in the chop suey had sprouted the piece of satay chicken was dry the seaweed was soft and chewy as was the prawn toast suspect that it was microwaved as heard one going while waiting and the chicken balls was like eating oil I then spent the night throwing up what little I had eaten and having very bad stomach cramps passing lots of wind and then a rather unpleasant bowel movement I will never eat here again and would advise no one else to their scores on the door is only a 2 wish I had checked before ordering

The shop needs a clean. Never opens on time sometimes 6-6.30. Foods ok not great

Went to order an item from menu, old woman rudely said they don't stock it and to go to a different restaurant. Poor customer service

Happy meeting in town is miles better.

World famous! Perhaps avoid the prawns and anything containing cheese?

Just been given a zero star rating for food hygiene. Avoid at all costs unless you want food poisoning.

Since we were doing a family get together and having fish and chips, I'd thought I'd get Chinese since there's more options, big sign saying open, had a closer look, no lights were on, no one was in, and there was rubble all over the floor, they don't ever open by the looks of it
