Wok Kitchen

They take too long for delivery even to near places. Before we used to like their foods but now it feels like their food does nit taste good or even look good. Try once you will know that you make a mistake ordering from wok kitchen. 😂😂

So we ordered at 7 and it didnt turn up till just before 9. Called up to see where our food was and it took 25min to get through and the customer service was rude. There was a dead fly in our rice and couldnt get through to them about it.

Food ok but always late, never an apology and therefore makes the place disappointing as they clearly take too many orders which they cannot fulfil on time. Typical just eat mass market restaurant.

nice food, cant fault it but delivery times very slow, took nearly 2 hours for local delivery !

Would give zero stars, after ringing for 40mins after the food being delayed by the app for an hour to be told "we will start cooking now" I mentioned dismay to this to be told it would be 20mins to hang up the phone 1min later to have an email saying order cancelled. Disgusting service and rubbish company would not even bother again!

Bad service ordered then 1 hour and 45 mins later to be told that we have to collect our order as they haven’t got a delivery driver terrible , will not be coming back here again

Food arrived on time, hot and tasty! Their smoked Shredded chicken is so good 😍

1st time of ordering from here, absolutely lovely bit of scran, no greasy food, really good portion size, decent delivery time, definitely order from here again 😀
