Fu Lam

this take away shop is the most choicest foods, if everyday choosing 2 dishes to try, it might be using for a month to try all of them. they do serve big portion and tasty food. Nice 1.

Fu Lam food is solid (Asian approved!) I had their Singaporean fried noodles and crispy tofu‼️LOVE

The food used to be fine, this time it was not.

If you have an issue, customer service is appalling.

Called the takeaway and the woman shouted down the phone at me for a total of 15 minutes. She said things like "it's your taste.... [that's the problem]" and "you think you know more than me about Chinese food". Wouldn't let me get a word in edgeways. Made threats like "I'll call all the Chinese takeaways to tell them not to take your order" and "what kind of a bad person are you" all because I said I wanted a refund rather than a replacement of the disgustingly salty food. I explained half the food was fine, but a replacement wouldn't work as this food had put me off. She said she couldn't do a refund and that she couldn't credit me in the future.

Disgusting service. I waited 1 hour from Deliveroo and no apology

Fu lam used to be a really good Chinese but over the years it’s really gone down.
The food isn’t always nice and fresh it’s really greasy!.
It’s really expensive! £8.20 for a house special rice! I go elsewhere now, so don’t really order from fu lam only if I get a code for money off!.

Urgh just the worst customer service and food. Waited 2.5 hrs for cold and greasey stodge.

Ordered my food and took me 1h30min, and number of the restaurant wasn’t working, as usual

From what I can tell this is a family owned business. Really decent food. Its one of those shops that doesn't look fancy but the food is really good. I was waiting for mine and there was a stream of drivers from various apps coming in to pick up deliveries.
