Ordered the vegetable fried rice and asked for egg, but didn’t get any egg. It’s just plain rice with a couple pieces of vegetables, not enough considering there was no flavour to the rice. I asked him to add soy sauce, and luckily I did. It helped a little. Very easy to communicate with and very quick service.

It wouldn’t let me post this review unless I gave at least one star, but please be aware that I wanted to give zero stars, that is my actual score.

I’ve never written a review for a restaurant before, I am compelled to do so now because of how unbelievably terrible I feel today after eating this for dinner last night. I’ve been poisoned, awful quality food, disgusting taste and filled with headache-inducing chemicals which linger over into the next day.

Do not eat here, ever, gross.

I’m not joking, pure garbage, have a microwave meal instead.

I love this place food is fantastic I have spent nearly a hundred pounds on my last five orders but now I went to order now in two days every thing has gone up to 9.50 a item please that's crazy I can go to China town and have a fab meal for less I ordered squid and ginger two nights ago 8.00 well was all of 8 bits in the carton it's a shame you r going to loose so many loyal customers I just rang them and he said what do you want me to do please will have to go back to my old one oh and I forgot the delivery charge and service charge outrageous

Honestly, it's like they have lost the will to cook. I had a portion of boiled (meant to be egg fried) rice that was tasteless and sweet and sour comprising of 4 small inedible pieces of chicken.
Just so poor... Not even one star I'm afraid.

We order from this little Takeaway once a month usually. The food is freshly cooked, the rice has a nice barbeque type flavour, the service is quick and efficient. The vegetarian bean curd and vegetable dishes are good as they do have some authentic Chinese vegetables added too.( That I appreciate as I dont just want vegetables I eat all the time). The vegetable curry was too hot for me. However, you can let them know how hot you want things. The vegetable Chow Mein is tasty and a good quantity. As regular customers they have kindly added a free drink and sometime prawn crackers for my partner. Kind of them to do so. I would like to see the slightly spicey aubergine and fungi dish on the menu otherwise there is limited choice for vegetarians. My partner Steve is always happy with all the non vegetarian options on the menu and appreciates how freshly cooked the food is too.

I local and me and friends buy regularly from here got no complaints the owner and family are nice -

When in London this is my go to place for Asian food. Pay no mind to the bad reviews. Food is very decent for the price (specially the beef chow mein), and the family who owns it is nice and polite. The Grandpa at the cashier may seem grumpy at first, but as soon as you engage in a conversation he opens up, specially about his native Malaysia. 4 stars because I witnessed Asian foreign students getting 10% off, but Asians only, kinda hard to swallow. Otherwise all good.

I phoned to make my order, very aggressive and rude man answered and took the order.
They don't even clean the prawns that black stuff is still on it, the shop and kitchen looks dirty, it's definitely overpriced, I had a horrible experience and below par food. Save your money as plenty other options to eat in Earl's Court.
