Always used chinese for the past two years, in the past the food was superb, unfortunately the past two orders have resulted in starchy food with the chow mien and the rice.

In addition charging £0.50p for a handling fee when paying with a debit card on a plus £20 order is not on considering there is no charge to them for a debit card transaction

Unfortunately the owners don't care about their customers and just shrugged off both complaints.

certainly won't be going back considering the food hasn't been any good in the past two experiences.

Ordered special fried rice 18months on the trot, they no my name my house number. I've probably given them hundreds of pounds. And tonight my missus ordered our 18 month usual and they sent a house special fried rice, instead of the 18month preferred normal special fried rice. I asked them to change it and they tried charging me £4.70. For that they lost a loyal customer. Not only that they have turned me off house special fried rice for life.

Disappointed, I ordered salt and pepper spare ribs and got home to find out the spare ribs was already prepared with barbecue sauce so sweet. I called to let them know as I leave far so could not return,. Instead of apologising, the lady went on saying all their pork are always marinated in barbeque and would not apologise. I have already bought there once before and it had no barbeque. Also i was charged £11.60 for two portions when their leaflet says £5.10 per portion. So i would definitely not be going back

This I our go to Chinese takeaway. The whole family love it. It's not our nearest but the food tastes very good. Love the fact you can see the chefs cooking and see for yourself how clean the food prep area is. The staff are very friendly and always provide a pretty quick service. And they deliver. 👍

Terrible, had used this takeaway for 5 years - dishes were absolutely awful on last order. Completely not what it was before, called them up, not interested in sorting out - had to go in & return food for a full refund. Saturday night dinner ruined after looking forward to it all week. June 2020 one star is generous!

I ordered just a few dishes for NYE knowing its obviously a very busy time of year for takeaways. I specifically asked how long the food is likely to take before collection and was told 30 minutes. After 55 mins of waiting outside in the freezing cold the food was finally ready, xx minutes after being told 85 minutes for it to be ready. If they had told me the wait was this long, it wouldn't have been a problem but they blatantly lied causing people to wait outside on one of the coldest days of the year. I wouldn't use again out of pricipal as I do not appreciate being misled.

I had the best cheese and tomatoe sandwich I have ever had, served splendidly by a gentleman called Keith.

Really enjoyed the sesame crispy chicken in honey sauce!
