Usually always order from this restaurant but will never ever order again. Order was accepted at 6.57pm, food arrived at 10.15pm. Ordered over 50 quids worth of food, rang 56 times because line was busy, told one the 1st time I got through at 8.30pm that the food would be delivered in 10 minutes. Called back at 9.25pm and got through to be told our food hadn't left yet or had been made, was promised the food would be delivered in 25 minutes. 10pm came and no food, got through a 3rd time to cancel order, offered 2 free dishes but I wanted to cancel. They then said they would call JustEat and give a 50% refund if we would still take delivery of the order, so we agreed. Got a text this morning saying "The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back for your delayed order.
They say:
"We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. We hope you enjoyed your food."
Called bank and cancelled payment and will be taking the matter further. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Our favourite Chinese takeaway restaurant in the area. Always tastes fresh and meets our expectations. Very friendly staff and extremely speedy service. I would recommend! 👍🏻🍜

Ordered dumplings (got something cornmeal-wrapped meat), chicken satay (what i got in the picture...still trying to figure out what it is, b/c the presentation and taste are NOT Satay) and chicken wings (somehow in a container of onions)... wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We have used this takeout many times before but were not happy with our last delivery the ribs tasted odd, the satay chicken wasn’t cooked hence both my husband and I suffered bad stomach problems that night and the following day, we will definitely think again before reordering from them

Very sadly this Chinese takeaway restaurant falls significantly short of meeting the expectations set by their high price point, and is certainly nowhere close to the high standards set by some other food vendors in Hither Green. Almost none of the food is cooked fresh, and instead heated in a microwave (seen first hand). My recent experience of their half crispy aromatic duck - charged at £20.50(!) was positively underwhelming - chewy, fatty meat, and certainly not hinting at 'crispy' leaves a lot to be desired. Nothing tastes like it's been cooked fresh. Furthermore, the hygiene standards from what I've seen of the kitchen (when collecting) didn't look the greatest.
It's a real shame as we like to support our local food vendors/restaurants in the area - but two bad experiences of this takeaway is already one too many so I'll not be returning my custom, neither would I recommend this takeaway restaurant. Ready made Chinese food from a high street supermarket is far superior, and a snip of the price!

H2U is consistent in the quality of the food they offer. Delivery is always earlier than stated, which we really appreciate. The driver is lovely and the food is always hot and fresh. We recommend this take away highly.

Hands down the worst Chinese I’ve ever had.
The cheapest quality both me and my friend had bad stomachs after. Very bitty small fries instead of chips. Who does salt and pepper fries? So weird.
Ribs were cut into bite size pieces which with bone is so annoying and just grim.
