Wok Kitchen

Ordered £26 worth of food, food come and was the wrong order even though I had told 2 people what my order was 3/4 times. I rang back up and told they would send the right order and I need to give the wrong order back which was fine. The chips were horrible so dry and crispy not nice I sent one bag back as my children wouldn't eat them. I see loads of people going into this chinese so was so looking forward to it was a real disappointment. When the right order come back the chips were stone cold and nasty. Not happy at all

First order since new management , portion sizes extremely generous and tasty. Fast service too. Will order again.

Have just had a takeaway very poor the mixed starter was really overcooked,
then one main was the wrong order reported and brought the right on Stone
Cold. Will definitely not be ordering again.

I ordered on saturday last week around five pm and the service was exeptional. The young man serving me was polite and charming while i was ordering. Delivery was prompt- took about 30 minutes! Very impressed!!! Well done to all of the staff!

Food ordered at 5.50pm to be delivered within in an hour. Called to chase an update after an hour to be told another 40 mins as they are busy (would an update kill you...) Called for an update another 40 mins later to be told it was on its way. Finally arrived at 8.10pm stone cold. Chips like cardboard. Curry like jelly. No apology for the delay. Just the excuse we're busy.

We will never order from here again! Food arrived and one meal was missing, called Wok Kitchen to be told the meal was packed in the box, which it wasn't! Told to get in touch with Just Eat for a refund, no offer of replacing the meal, no intention of helping! Had to order the missing meal from another takeaway. There is nothing worse at a family gathering than one person being unable to eat because their meal is missing ! Extremely poor customer service .. my advice to everyone is NOT to order from here, there are plenty of other lovely takeaways in Bromsgrove, stay away from Wok Kitchen !

Placed an order online for a takeaway to be delivered at a certain time. Received a call 2 hours before order due to say they were delivering, so I said it was 2 hours early and I didn’t want until the booked time. The order then arrived 30 mins after the booked time & half of the order was missing. So checked with driver who had nothing more. Then rang and was told order was complete (so basically accusing my of lying) that I ordered through Big Foodie so they would not refund me. Customer service appalling. You go into their own website and it says you can order online, but then you are redirected to Bigfoodie!! The food we did have was Luke warm and mediocre. I strongly recommend to anyone to go elsewhere!

Always really tasty food from here. Good prices too. They have a really extensive vegetarian menu and their curry sauce is vegetarian unlike many other Chinese takeaways which is made with chicken stock. The website works well for ordering and delivery is always quick. Recommended.
