Oriental Chef

Excellent food with big portions particularly their seafood rice; thoroughly cooked with just the right amount of everything.

I have ordered from this Chinese restaurant a few times and never had a problem the food is decent. But today my food was delivered in such poor condition {please see photos} and when I called and spoke to them there customer service was so terrible, they did refund us £5 out of a £44 order to rectify the issue but I personally won't be ordering from them again.

I live around the area since 2019. It's the only Chinese I use after trying out the competition extensively. Good food, feels clean, good customer service, rarely anything goes bad, and if it does they resolve it very professionally. Recommend 100%

Special fried 4ice was a little bland but the best thing in my order next to the prawn crackers. My banana fritters were banana soggies after being encased in a metal container and then sealed in a plastic bag. The sauce was super sweet so not really edible. What a waste of £30+

Opening hours unusual, they do not deliver to my area, but worth driving there to pickup. There are other oriental chef nearer to me. This one does make better food.

I called to order something and it wasn't the first time the boy speaks very badly and rudely, it's a shame for the business
because the food is good!!!!!Never order again!

Worst food ever food came soggy had no taste and tasted out of date do not order from here. I called to get a refund because the food was not eaten and they told me to call the bank. Worst service and horrible food. Do not buy

I have ordered from here 2 times so far and both times have been a great experience.
Quality of food is excellent they go far beyond the other Chinese takeaways in the area.
No ordered items were missed out or delivered incorrectly.Delivery was prompt and driver was great.
