I've ordered from this establishment a few times now, and haven't had reason to fault the food or the service.. Until this time, unfortunately. I ordered a sweet and sour dish in the Hong Kong style. Not only was the sauce really vinegary, but the batter was so thick and 'gooey' it seemed there was more batter than filling and it tasted raw. The prawns were also overcooked and rubbery.
It was the same with the Spring Rolls - whereas the filling was delicious, the coating was too thick and, in places, not cooked through.
This time, unfortunately, I was really disappointed. ☹️

New management have sadly ruined what was a great Chinese. The dishes are watery, small and not what you expect. They had no sweet and sour chicken last week so we have them the benefit of the doubt and tried again today. It was simply the worst sweet and sour chicken I've ever had - very little flavour, chicken strips which were 90% batter very chewey and with a watery sauce. Bye bye Quick Panda, we won't be back.

First time I've ordered from here and never again!
Fried rice had never seen a wok, lukewarm boiled rice with bits of egg chucked in. Chips hard and dry and meat was like leather and couldn't tell what meat it was. Disgusting!

Genuinely tasty, good portions, good prices.

2022 update: this used to be a really decent Chinese but unfortunately Q panda is now under new management and the food is not the same. The rice portions are 50% smaller but the prices are the same as before. The sweet and sour chicken is very watery, not much flavour and you will be hard pressed to find any chicken, just strips of overcooked batter which is like eating woodchips. The rice was very oily at the bottom of the container. Beef in oyster sauce was quite rubbery. Just a bit grim now.

I have seen some negative feedback about the food from Panda Express. However, I live in 4 miles from this takeaway, but I alway order through them. The best salt and paper chips around Willington and Crook area. The food is delicious at all times and the customer service is excellent.

Called in to give it a try. The Chinese offer in Weardale is very poor. Although a dish I wanted was not on the menu, (Beef and Tomatoes), the very friendly owner and chef went out of his way to provide it - even going to the local store for tomatoes. I also ordered pork plus pork and prawn dim sum. All the food was excellent and I'll certainly be ordering again. The dishes froze and reheated well so no worries about future Chines meals.

Greasy, salty and basically rubbish. No quality ingredients used here; very expensive for poor quality food.

Since new management taken over, the food quality had gone right downhill. This was my go to chinese previously, never again, last meal was luke warm, only half filled cartons and meat was like chewing leather.
