Update of review

Ordered some food last week, order was correct and hot, very little apology for messing up 3 times before but hey they got it right in the end and I will continue to use there, updated to 4 stars from. 2 stars.

Honestley, the last 3 times I've been here the food has been somewhat sub standard.

But something that really compelled me to write this review

STOP TELLING PEOPLE 30MINUTES..... JUST STOP.

So you ring a order through of about £50, you've waited in your house for 30 MINUTES, you arrived to be told not ready, so as we're aware the social distancing thing at present, anyone who has been here knows it jot the biggest of places, there were 11 people inside there in total, however they kept telling people 30 mins, now if you tell 10 people this, 10 people will come in 30 minutes... Which proves my theory of 11 people standing inside waiting.

If it's going to be 45 to a 1.hour wait, this is FINE your not going to lose my custom because of a wait time.

I appreciate your probably busier than normal, this is ok, just tell people the truth.

Food ordered

Chicken and beef curry (special curry as they don't do chicken and beef) it was just sub standard food, I feel a little robbed of my money.

The people in here are friendly, but there entire process is just shocking.

Usually don't have a problem with my food there. Usually good quick service and good food . However today when I tried to tuck into my yuk sung it was full of small bones

Cooked to perfection and on time! Staff are very friendly and polite will recommend to everyone

I usually enjoy the food here but recently I've had Egg fried rice with no egg and the next time noodles with beansprouts that were quite unpleasant and slightly burnt. Shame x

I just had a chicken curry I have to say the curry was very nice BUT the chicken seemed rubbery and slimes. Very poor quality procssed chicken

Quick service, even though they were obviously busy. The food was delicious, what more can I say!

Ordered over the phone, was a late order and asked if this was a problem. No was the reply. Arrived 2 minutes after their closing time, now bearing in mind this is my first order from this establishment, and I live about 10 min walk away. On arrival my order was floated in front of my eyes already bagged up. And the guy behind the counter said to me ‘you’re lucky, we close at 10’ well I gave him the finger and walked out. If that’s the level of service you get then imagine how much passion went into the food I ordered. Well done Wellesbourne, add this to the list of the chippy and the fuel station and the market as more reasons for keeping well clear…

Polite staff, but why have they still got full COVID screen up, looks rediculous, why is there only one phone line, why can't you order online, this takeaway needs a full update and most of all food tasteless, really really bland, I won't be going back...shame
