I ordered a chicken chow mien and ribs along with a fried rice sweet and sour chicken balls and some bbq ribs. Really disappointed with the flavour the look and presentation. Firstly the sweet and sour chicken was just a sauce and really runny, watered down and no veg. The fried rice looked like yesterday’s not fresh and all clumped together. The chow mien was bland and the chicken was processed along with noodles which looked like yesterday’s warmed up. The ribs were small and full of fat.

Absolutely disgusting. I have ordered Prawn toasts for £5 (got 1 and a half of a small toast cut into even smaller pieces) which doesn't even taste like a Prawn was laying at least nearby... It is like an egg bread, which was put into a water container, and then fried again. Absolute disgusting. Bought some BBQ ribs too, they taste like a cardboard and has nothing common with BBQ. The sweet and sour sauce smeels and tastes like a pure vinegar and smeels so awful I almost womited. It took so long to be done, and I even have found hairs on the ribs. The worst take away I've been to so far...

Very disappointed by the customer service. Visiting family and suggested collecting Chinese on our way in. Spent nearly £70. Ate starters which were very nice. When we served out main courses we realised the sweet and sour sauce for the king prawns was missing, resulting in dry deep friend king prawns only. Contacted the take away who advised that this was only a £1.40 sauce and we could go and collect if we really felt it was needed. Explained that we were unable to drive having now had a couple of alcoholic drinks and they were unwilling to do anything to rectify their mistake. They said we could return the prawns for a refund. The thing I was most annoyed about was being told I was being ridiculous that I was unhappy the sweet and sour sauce for a sweet and sour dish was missing!! They also expressed we could organise a taxi to collect the sauce but this would be out of our pocket. So we’ve been told to return the prawns tomorrow to refund them in full. Unfortunately this put a huge dampener on our evening and having spent a considerable amount I am disappointed in the lack of care and customer service.

Always great tasting food at a good price.. friendly happy staff super clean shop..all in all great takeaway

The best Chinese I've had around Chester. Good prices. They will add extra chilli if you ask and reasonable prices.

I keep going back here for the salt and perrer chicken, it's always fresh and tasty. The rest of the menu is very good too. See you next week.
