Happi Inn

Very poor, food was cold and like mush.
Delivery driver stated he was at door of neighbours for 15 mins and was nowhere to be seen, staff when called were unhelpful and made every excuse they could including it was dark, we live next to a street lamp.
Also tried to add additional delivery charge to what is already taken on just eat.
Avoid and try somewhere else if you enjoy a nice meal at home

Fresh chips from great choices and carefully selected potatoes. If a food establishment spend this amount of effort on the chips then you know the other selection of food is going to be banging.
With top quality friendly service at all times.
I must admit the new young lady is lovely and helpful but her servings are way smaller than usual. I have tried to mention to her that we have been coming for years and this is not what we expect but I don't want to be rude.

Cheap ingredients which might have been ok if they were cooked well... they were not. They also clearly use budget frozen chips which were disgusting and very greasy. Happi Out.

Ordered last night as had a long day at work and thought I would treat myself! But really I have punished myself with eating from happy inn as I haven’t stopped being sick since 9pm last night and it is now almost 24 hours later😔 please do not order from this place. Now lost 2 days of work for this awful choice.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Food was absolutely horrific. Everything was laced with slime and oil - it felt like I was doing a bushtucker trial. On the 3rd mouthful, I decided it was time to stop. And now seeing reviews of people being violently ill - I’m glad i did stop. Deliveroo reviews are clearly lies.

Pre ordered meals 2 hours prior to delivery to be told they’ve cancelled my order at the last minute!! I could’ve ordered from another restaurant within that 2 hours. Disgusting service! Won’t be attempting to have another meal from here!

DEFINATELY WON'T BE USING HAPPI INN AGAIN!
Food is edible but not good quality. Chicken in orange sauce was a bit chewy, pieces of meat in chow mein were tiny and hardly any in the dish. The chicken and sweetcorn soup was overly spicy and only had a hint of chicken flavour...possibly because the spiciness drowned out the chicken.

Saw this on bottom of chicken and sweetcorn soup pot...on closer inspection discovered the pot had mould on the bottom!

Terrible service, they didn't deliver £6+ worth of the order, when I rang up to query this they were rude and repeatedly hung up on me, they said it wasn't their problem. Food was also awful. Do no use this restaurant it isn't worth the hassle. Would of gave it no stars if that was possible.
