The Ruby Cantanese Take Away Est1996

my food has just been delivered and cartons broken open food all over the bag. When you spend £25 you expect better. Very Dissapointed.

Only had a chow mein but that is a good measure of a good Chinese for me. If they can't get that right I never return and with so much choice in this area. The ruby is now my go to Chinese. It was fabulous very tasty, good chicken not watery nor tasteless nor check cuts. Perfect flavour not too wet not too dry good mix of ingredients noodles cooked perfectly. A simple dish but often so neglected and poorly made by many Chinese take aways. Can't wait to try more dishes x

Would not use anywhere else. Chris is always friendly and the food is always amazing! Reasonably priced and service is 5*.

Used to be a regular. Not any more!! After a 1 hour and 3 qtr wait cancelled the delivery.. going elsewhere in the future..

Customer service very rude always rushing to get you off the phone. Ordered a few times before and food has been nice. Waited 1 hour 20 mins fare enough it’s a Saturday. When food finally arrived got fried rice instead of boiled and a house special curry that was swimming in grease, literally floating all on top wouldn’t even give that my dog ended up in the bin and having crackers from my cupboard waste of £17 won’t be ordering here again.

No manners on the phone when taking my order.
I asked for vegetables in my rice, the rice came with no veg, so I called to make then aware of the error, he said it doesn't come with vegetables, I said but I asked you for vegetables....
If no vegetables are gonna be added I should of been told this and had the choice wether to have it or not....
