Food is nice and as expected but you really need to sort out your order times. I ordered for 7pm collection and was there at 7. I was stood waiting until 7:25 for my 7pm order!! I don't mind waiting five minutes because i can understand it gets busy but This happens nearly every time I order from here. Doesn't seem to be any communication going on its chaos. Think I'll be going elsewhere next time.

Ordered a takeaway from here and has got to be one of the worst places I've eaten from.

Food was barly warm when it arrived and got me and the friends I was with horrible food poisoning.

When I contacted the business explaining this they did not care and just said report us if you want.

This place has 2* rating on food hygiene for a reason.

Twice I've order and twice the delivery has been poor. This time food was delivered until 1 1/2 hours after order and the food was wrong. I called up and waited 30 minutes to hear back, calling every few minutes but the line was engaged. Finally told they could deliver my food "later". Had to argue for a refund. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered twice for delivery, first time took THREE HOURS, when I called up to chase I had to squeeze an apology out of the person on the phone but the delivery person was very apologetic and apparently there was a staffing issue so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, even though there was no compensation offered. Really want to support local business in these difficult times! This week ordered again and waited over an hour and a half, even though website said 30-60 minutes. No notification of the delay, no apology and no compensation for a frankly appalling service.
Either you offer delivery or you don't. Food tastes fine, but terrible customer service will always leave a bad taste.

Had a dinner party and decided to order from these, we have ordered from these before and had small issues but nothing like this.
We was missing 6 elements for are meal to which we paid delivery on delivery.
We rang in to say we are missing alot sadly this went on deff ears and did not want to solve this situation.
We accumulated the cost and infact we had paid for the full order.
We did manage to share all the food around with are guests but it wasent the point.

All we would have wanted was a quick solution to this issue.
