Jade House - Chinese Food Take Away

Tasty, good portion of Kung Pao chicken with nice egg fried rice for the price just below £10. Card payment accepted but from £15. No many parking spaces in the close area.

Having successfully enjoyed this chinese takeaway for a number of years, this Saturday, went online to see the menu and phone in an order, which came to £18.90, but on ringing it thru was told £21.70. Went to collect and they refused to sell at £18.90, said the website was not their responsibility, but it said Jade House menu. Trading Standards will be told.

Had to give my card details 4 times, then called them 3 times as delivery was late, food arrived 2 & 1/2 hours after order placed and one dish was missing. Rang to advise of missing dish and was asked if we wanted to collect! It is a shame as food was nice and usually service is not this bad. I won’t be ordering from them for a while! Hungry and angry customer 🤤😤

Friendly staff, quick service and delicious food. Tried Jade House for the first time tonight and it was excellent. The food was delicious and not overly fatty like some Chinese takeaway’s can be. The portions were generous too. We will be back.

Amazing Chinese! We messed up our order and didn’t specify a time so ended up arriving 2 hours early (our fault completely)! They came back to pick up the order and then did us a completely new order 2 hours later without charge! Was great food too! Would not hesitate to order again! Thank you Jade House ☺️☺️

Arrived Jade House when it was obviously busy without calling ahead. Dispute this my meal was ready quite quickly, good quality and very good value for money, with prawn crackers being thrown in.

Ordered a meal at 13:45 for 20:00, ordered early knowing it was New Years Eve, 9.30 still not received! When rang told we’re very busy. Last order we made was wrong, service had gone downhill over last few months. Not happy.
