New Shanghai Garden

Im always collecting and everytime the service is brilliant, food are gorgeous looking and tasty. Never been let down, even today- 1 of january, late and they were still there- love them to bits thank you for hard work! *i love their refurbishment and new decorations they got this year, im just full of love ...and food.*

Fantastic meal. Delivery was quick and food hot and tasty. Happy to have found a new favourite takeaway!

Scary fast delivery - I always joke they have mastered time travel, as well as food.

Best veg options for Chinese take away in Stafford that I can find. Tofu (bean curd), mock chicken and mock duck all available - along with straight up vegetables.

Food excellent, delivered piping hot.

If ordering in shop, service always friendly and courteous.

We use this Chinese every week. We've never had a problem. Lovely food and service. That's until tonight. Tried to order online, payment won't go through. Phoned them to enquire only to be told that it wasn't their problem. Needles to say it's put me off going there again.

So my food was delivered early :)
But was missing some curry sauce... the staff apologised and delivered me a pot even though it had not been charged or processed on my online order.
It's the small things... and the food is great

Love the food her,I'm getting fat lol. I'm editing this review on Friday 11th Dec 2020. The food is as usual, lovely. The problem is with the delivery woman. It was a different person delivering it this time. It should have come to £9:40. But she told me ££9:90. She's done this before. She adds more to the bill so that she can put it in her pocket. She's ripped me off before, the delivery woman has.

Delicious veg and vegan options. Seitan mock chicken in black bean is great.

I'm proper sick of takeaway food, Shanghai Garden remains the last bastion of hope in a passionless, flavourless industry. I will defend this establishment to my dying breath and will fight anyone that says there's a better Chinese in Stafford.
Each meal we eat may well be our last, and if my final meal was from Shanghai Garden I would be content and could rest assured, safe in the knowledge that at least once in my life I ate good food and my money was put to good use.

Delivery is as swift as though it were by Hermes himself, not once has my food arrived cold, nor has there ever been any damage to any of the packaging.
The website says 45 minutes for delivery, you might wait that long on their busiest nights, 20 minutes on average.

TLDR: Pretty good man
