I ordered tonight as my children really wanted a Chinese as the one we normally go to is closed. Wish I said no, the sweet and sour look like it was a day old (congealed) the onion rings were all burnt the pork balls were tiny pieces of pork in more like yorksire pudding (very rubbery)and the spare ribs were like they had been cut. We order from here every week. Today the food turned up and the portion of chips was SO small it wasn't even enough for one person.

The mistake wasn't the issue.... The issue was that when we phoned up to say we thought there'd been a mistake the girl on the telephone passed the message on and could hear a Chinese man (presumably the cook / owner) literally screaming down the phone.

We couldn't understand what was being said but it was clearly very aggressive.

The girl then told us that the portion was correct and that they would not offer a replacement.

For reference the bag of chips was twice the size of a pot of parmasan cheese.

Had food from here a couple of weeks back and it's gone down hill a bit used to be 1 of the best. Every thing tasted like it had been cooked in pure salt. Such a shame has iv been ordering from here for years.

Ordered for the first time
When ordering I made a mistake and phoned back with in 3 mins to change order (3 in 1 rice chips) to (3 in 1 rice and chow mein) to be told no problem I asked if I could have it without beansprouts and onions, when the order arrived it did have both of these I phoned back to see if it could be changed to be asked if I could pick them out and that it was because I changed my mind even tho I had ordered something different before I phoned back, I asked for it to be replaced which the answer was no, I asked for a partial refund which was no, she said that she would talk to the owner/manager and get back to me, phoned back 5 mins later and said it had been over a hour and if we had already started eating to which I replied quite harshly at this point everything else was getting cold as I thought this would be what they say so we hadn't touch any of the meal and that it had only been 35 mins from placing the ordered to receiving it and that it's was fine and I'd bring the whole lot back and get a refund to which she replied 'have you finished I don't get paid enough to be spoke to like that' but I wasn't going to be made out to be a liar, she said it wasn't my fault and that she understands that's what I had ordered and that if I wanted a fresh one it would have to come out of her pocket and I'd have to go fetch it so I said that's ridiculous and asked to speak to the manager and she replied that she was the manager because no-one spoke English, feeling really frustrated with the whole situation all the food was swimming in grease and the chicken nuggets looked like they had been deep fat fried over and over, the Crispy beef was sloppy and tasted like pure vingar overall really unhappy but lesson learnt I'd avoid at all cost makes sense to why they most likely aren't on any of the just eat/uber sites! Just wanted a refund for the awful food

Absolutely disgusting, got the order totally wrong and chose to argue with the customer. Ignorant staff.
When order was redone, half we had was cold and had to be microwaved, the new stuff sent out had raw onion in the curry.
