Took 2 hours to get our food! Ordered food through Ubereats at 7.30. Estimated delivery time was 8.30 at the latest. We called at 8.30 because the app still said our food was being prepared and the woman said that our food was about to be cooked - so they hadn't even started preparing it after an hour. I asked why we hadn't been updated and she said they were too busy to so that, and when I asked for a time estimate she said "I'm not the delivery driver so I can't tell you." After a further 45 minutes we still hadn't received our food so we called back and asked where it was. She told us it was a few minutes away - it took another 10 or so minutes to arrive. Soup wasn't warm, salt and pepper chips were regular, soggy chips and the prawns in one of our dishes tasted off so we didn't touch that one after we noticed. Don't think we'll be ordering from here again, especially with all the competition in the area.

Ordered via " Just Eat " - strangely, the review I uploaded isn't displayed on that platform. I strongly suspect there has been a change in ownership in the last few months as the quality of the food has SERIOUSLY diminished. The Chicken balls they sent out (not one or two, but the whole batch) were undercooked, brown and streaked with red spots. Went straight into the bin. Low quality bad meat. How this slipped past the cook is beyond me. As I dont feel like risking food poisoning, I no longer order from this take away. Shame, as historically they have been one of the better Chinese take aways in the area. Judging from reviews, it isn't an isolated quality issue.

Absolutely minging.
We ordered our food about 2 hours ago and when we called to ask if our food would take long we were told ‘it might’!
When it finally arrived it was all gross. Meat was grim quality, chips were soggy, items were missing and the one thing we figured you couldn’t get wrong is the fortune cookies, somehow they were stale as hell and inedible. £40 down the pan

To write a review i am forced to give it a star, otherwise it should get 0 star. Uber eat and every delivery service should not work with them. Still waiting an hour over the delivery time and unable to contact restaurant as the phone is switched off.

Absolutely awful. Took 70 minute to be delivered when was due in 20 minutes. We live 5 minutes from the restaurant. Food cold and awful. Do not waste your money.

Vile - The prawn crackers were yellow and stale, the chicken chow mien was tasteless and disgusting and the egg fried rice tasted like dirt too. Stay well clear of this shambles of an establishment

Egg fried rice is delicious on it's own really, there is a flavour to it, which I have no idea how they achieved. House special chow mein is packed with meat and veg, full of flavour, fantastic value for a low / average price really. I highly recommend, I have ordered from there about 3 or 4 times till now and I will be ordering again.

After using this place fo a number of years last night they served me a meal which was a £11 box of garbage. I will not be going back
