Just had a meal for 9, fresh cooked , piping hot very tasty and loads of it, would definitely go back!

The portion sizes are amazing. So is the food. But customers phoning in, get served before walk in customers. It's hard work.

Food is nice. Ordered from there the last 10 years and tolerated the old woman's terrible phone manner which borders totally rude, and also how slow they are for the food. However, the last order arrived just now and was wrong so phoned up hoping theyd sort it. The old woman argued that i had ordered something that i cant stand (and would never order) and refused to send the correct order out unless I paid and paid another delivery charge. Terrible way to treat people who have spent huge amounts of money in their shop. Never again . Wouldn't want to risk wasting another tenner and then have someone with terrible English tell me that I was the one who ordered something I can't stand.

Bad, very bad! Sold item I wanted and didn't phone and offer an alternative they decided just to send a bag of chips on its own. Partner had fish and chips, fish looked like a bird's-eye frozen fish and the chips were dry and awful. Do not recommend
