Tried them on the recommendation of a friend, and also with them being so highly rated on here. Well, what can I say. If that's your idea of the best, you've lived a sheltered life. The chips were hard, dry and cold. Crispy shredded chicken was more chewy than crispy. All in all a disappointing meal. The only thing I could see going for the place was the friendliness of the gentleman behind the counter. But I won't be going back.

Very good food and great customer service,, to me it the best place for a Chinese take away in bangor,, mix grill is very good and nice there, at a price of £7.50p is very good

Great Chinese Takeaway! We have been going to Hong Kong House for many years and always have a great meal. The portion sizes are good and value for money. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

A family favourite. Have been going here over 20 year! The food is always incredible and great value for money. The owners are really friendly. I would highly recommend a takeaway from here!

Have been coming here for 18+ years and have never had an issue. Delicious curry sauce and salt and pepper chips. I've moved away from Bangor but will still travel because I can't find anywhere better in North Wales! Fair prices and always friendly.

Went once. Never again. Had a portion of chips and gravy with a side order of attitude when we asked for them to be wrapped. They didn't wrap them. The gravy was sweet and I couldn't eat it, it was appalling.
