Just had a little gift box of the chocolates. They are extremely yummy. An expensive treat but worth it if you like good quality chocolate.
Just purchased a bag of chocolate covered coffee beans for £4. On strict rationing to make them last.
The staff are very friendly and happy to tell you all about he chocolate making process.
It is also a great addition to the local stores.
Can be a little pricey but if you fancy a little sweet treat you can’t go wrong here.
Wonderful hand-made chocolates with something for everyone. My favourites are the fruity ones, stem ginger & of course the Brecon gin / Welsh drinks cabinet range. Heaps of other flavours available!
Always greeted by a super friendly smile & chat from the staff who have had a really tough year delicately managing the intricacies of Covid restrictions.
Couldn’t recommend Brecon Chocolates more highly 😍😍
Not to be overlooked is the taste. Well worth the cost.
Highly recommended.
The ambience was magical, exciting and intriguing all rolled into one. A welcoming assistant behind the counter sprawling with the most beautifully decorated chocolates, was a lovely greeting.
I met a vibrant, and extremely helpful chocolatier, Charlotte. It is clear she was passionate about her work, and rightly so.
I ended up purchasing a box of 48 chocolates. Although the price is not the cheapest, it is certainly reflected the quality of the content. It is all too often that people want excellent quality products but at low prices. Well I'm sorry, but if you want good things then you have to pay for it, and these certainly won't disappoint you. These are not to 'scoff' in one go to get a chocolate fix. These are to savour and really enjoy the full flavours and textures that come with each chocolate. Read the description before choosing the chocolate and take note of the burst of flavours. I have merely made a dent in the box so far, but I looking forward to consuming the rest.
This is definitely for those who appreciate chocolate. Tip - if you plan on sharing these chocolates with someone make sure you get double the flavours, I just can bear the thought that I may miss out on one.
