First Hotel Chocolat product and I am very impressed!
Firstly, the store is always well maintained. The staff are smart and professional, always with a smile on their face. The store has a wonderful atmosphere.
Then the products themselves, wow!. Chocolate unlike no other. They look beautiful and taste even better. I am coeliac so was concerned about finding suitable products but the little booklet is amazing. It highlights a range of allergens and is clear to understand. Very impressed! Well done Hotel Chocolat!

Best hot chocolate in town. Salted caramel is my favourite. Good service.

Staff are always super friendly and helpful and have a little mess about with our little one.
Wish the powers that be would let you have a digital loyalty card as I hardly ever carry my wallet relying on Apple Pay.
Luckily the staff are helpful and take your email to find you on the system.

A must for our little walks around town in the heat to get a cocoa infused soft serve ice cream cone!

Visited this store today, I was really disappointed. I walked in and the floors looked dirty. There were bits of paper on the floor, discarded receipts, napkins etc. The staff looked grumpy, it just had a really bad atmosphere. It’s a very small shop, if there’s more then 7-8 customers inside it feels overcrowded. The staff were trying their best but they were so swamped serving hot drinks it left customers buying products waiting.

Chocolates were very well received by recipients.

Always smells and looks so good. Very clean and tidy. Great customer service. A bit tight if you are with a pushchair. A lot of to choose. From oat milk to coconut. I had with extra shot of coffee, however, it was pretty strong. So next time would try regular.
