Lovely treat. The hot chocolate was divine. Very pleased dairy free milk and chocolate was available but the Christmas specials were definitely a winner. Friendly, informative staff who brought around tasting samples as we sipped away at hot chocolates. Would recommend as a treat.

Great products, clean store and friendly staff. Love the fact they have a cafe in store to showcase the products you can buy in cosy surroundings. The hot chocolate tastes amazing and you can tell the quality of the ingredients. Might become a regular stop for me.

Having tried their ice cream the other day, I can safely say it was one of the most horrible tasting things I've had in my whole life. My husband and I couldn't decide if it was off, or just simply a dreadful tasting product which none of the owners or staff ever tried, because if they have, they would know it should not be served for human consumption. After being served, the thing started melting all over the place well under a minute, therefore also strongly suspect it has already gone bad. But even so, it wasn't just an off-tasting product, the taste was out of this world, and not in a good sense. This was the worst way I could've spent £6.50 for two ice cream cones, which after a huge disappointment to our taste buds, ended up in the bin.

What is all the fuss about? The chocolate tastes cheep and leaves a strange taste. Looks good and the packaging is clever, the product needs a rethink.
