Lovely little church dating back before the 12th century. The main church you see today has major additions in the 13th & 18th (the red brick) centuries. The major draw is the grave site of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle but inside the church has little gems too including a three-decked pulpit and two-tiered galleries. Also spot where Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's daughter, Jean Conan Doyle's ashes are buried in the same graveyard. Another memorial I saw was of two young children who had been murdered. Easy parking and a great church to visit.

A very quaint church from its outward apearance with an unusual lay out inside.
The church has information about Florence Nightingale who is buried in a nearby church belonging to this group of churches.
In the graveyard Sir Arthur Conan Doyle author of the Sherlock Holmes mysteries.

Nice church, just down the road from the Trusty Servant pub. This is also the resting place of the great Arthur Conan Doyle.

A beautiful church, in stunning countryside. Final resting place of Arthur Conan Doyle and the much missed Ade Abury. A real one off.

beautiful graveyard and garden footpath. If like me you spend quite a while looking for Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s grave, oops!, it is by the fence on the far side underneath a tree with a bench nearby. 😉

All Saints Church is quite unique in its style more cottage style than traditional village Church. Lovely location well worth a visit. The Church cushions are all hand embroidered. It is also the last resting place of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle the author of the Sherlock Holmes stories.

Beautiful slice of history and commemoration to those lost in the wars. Glad I stumbled across this place.

A mixture of architectural styles over the years makes this a charming place. It has a calm atmosphere. Conan Doyle's grave is in a far corner of the church. There is a well worn footpath to it from the right hand side of the church. Or ask a local.
