We had an engine warning lamp come on 100 miles from home and 50 miles from our destination. We called in here, they diagnosed the problem and were able to reassure us that it was safe to carry on and gave us the technical details to share with our local dealer when we get home. Excellent service and lovely people.

We picked up our new Berlingo motability car on Tuesday and the whole process was made simple by salesman Gareth Isaac. He had kept us informed of progress whilst our new car was being made and made the handover very enjoyable. He really knows the Motability stuff which made it very easy for us. The whole Bassets team in Carmarthen were very helpful and kind. We are extremely happy with the new car and also the excellent service from Bassets.

All of your staff are very professional and go the extra mile to look after their customers - within minutes Chris Jones had my car booked in to be sorted and even providing a courtesy car for us while my car was being repaired as we had to visit a relative in Cardiff hospital.
It was a stressful time for us, but it was well worth bringing the car the three hour journey to be repaired and I left feeling confident, with peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands.

Went here with an ad-blue problem on my citreon van, was told 30 waiting list by all citreon dealers for ad-blue tank, in 1 week a man called chris in this store had a new tank for me an had it fitted the next day! I advise u go to him for any ad-blue problems he will sort it as fast as he can!

The most welcoming place I've ever been to. The manager couldn't do enough for us. He took the time to phone around to get the best possible price for my sons car after it needed scraping. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes the personal experience when purchasing a car.
