Very nice place to chill. Everything was closed because of the situation now but the square it’s worth a visit. I’d definitely go again.

A nice open space with water fountains when I visited the water fountains was all off and some removed I'm guessing for repair as it was all fenced off.
There is regularly something going on here threw the year and when I visited there was a funfair.
From here is wear you access the carpark below and the vehicle entrance is next to the square.

An open space that hosts events and the occasional fair or Christmas market. There are statues of Cary Grant, William Tyndale and William Penn - all local to Bristol. The energy tree is a place to recharge batteries from the solar powered tree. There is a car park under the square - very convenient for harbourside visits.

Kids love the water falls there. You find decete takeaway food options and like a bar sand area there which kids like as well. It is a lively area and known spot in Bristol. Worth the visit for a fun day!

We visited on a lovely sunny, warm, early October day. Its a very open square with lots of seating. Some fabulous bee and butterfly hotels nestled within the flower beds, very architectural. There are a few bronze statues dotted about the square of famous Bristolians. It was quite quiet on the day we visited, not sure if this was a) the time of year or b) because We The Curious musuem is closed due to a fire?

I love this place in the summer, the kids always enjoy, there are amazing restaurants around serving good food and just good vibes, good to catch a tan too. Always so lively.

Winter wonderland was happening when we were there. Very festive. Yorkshire Pudding wraps ....to die for!
