Leyton Custody Centre

Very poor service! Someone broke my back yard 3 times and took lot of my things and I called the police told me do no not touch anything until they come (supose to be 60 min or less)
After 5 hours my wife called again and they said are still busy but they will come!
My decision is do not pay council tax anymore because they don't care!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Custody staff friendly and polite. Especially the big Scouse fella. He will be sorly missed when he leaves. These guys do a difficult job and we should have the upmost respect for them. Taxpayers money well spent. Keep up the good work team.

It would be a humble request for someone to actually take this post seriously and if the whole review system works out, can someone kindly who is well spoken from this custody to actually get back to me on this review, one of my friend has been arrested today and was taken away, as all the family members has been really worried and stressed to the bone, i decided to go over and just speak to someone with regards to this, some pathetic member of staff spoke through the intercom, so i politely asked tge staff what is the next thing I can do or should I do to atleast speak to my friend who has been arrested, to me all the tax I am paying that pays metropolitan police and its staff members and in return all I expect is someone to actually speak to you nicely to start with, so this guy that i spoke to decides to tell me how he cant force someone to speak unless and until they are willing to talk to themselves, its pretty upsetting to receive such ill treatment from people that one claims to be looking after our community and protecting us from crimes and all sorts, the impression I got after speaking to this so called police officer was that I am a criminal who has been convicted and its absolutely fine for him to talk to me like the way he did because he is wearing an uniform and has got an upper hand, as I was coming home having all sorts of feelings after such an emotional night the least I can expect from police station is to atleast speak with respect and be in a position to speak to family members who are sick worried and not be talked to as some trash, well done to the metropolitan police and I am pretty sure that no one will actually do anything about this post, its just another post where the leyton police custody will read and ignore, thanks for making me realise where are my hard earned tax money going to!

I Want to make a formal complaint About my treatment at this police station the staff at the desk are unprofessional and the officer who actually helped me later said to me personally that they lack in communication and make you feel like an animal, I want to take it further and write a letter so I can be heard furthermore I was stripped naked due to the fact that I didn’t answer my ethnicity,I was then taken by force to the cell and stripped naked,they havent given my clothes back and when I asked for it back they said that it will be used as evidence however I strongly believe that they wanted to get at me because I wanted an answer and I wanted to be treated fairly as a human being I have been distressed and depressed after this horrific ordeal and this has changed my life forever, I am in pain all over my wrist due to the extent of force used against me,I am so frustrated about this whole situation and I want the metropolitan police to take action as I now am going through bad phase due to this whole treatment.

Happy to say not all people are the same, been here and had level headed people chat to me, and some brainless people trying to chat to me, it's the armed police I rate the most, the younger ones on the street need to slow down with how you deal with people.

Phoning all hours and all day trying to find out what's happening to my loved ones.can't ever get through.
It's like they are on tea break all the time or can't be bothered to pick up the phone.
Keep phoning 101 and they can't even get through and help me useless Police service.

Staff were great, very understanding and compassionate. Cell was quite chilly and would have appreciated a wider variety of hot beverages. Nothing like a Cadbury’s hot choc once the cuffs come off! Not the worst I’ve been arrested!

Very unprofessional and unorganised they go to McDonald's in leyonstone up to 20 times a day they don't even prepare there own breakfast, or lunch that just shows how unorganised they are I feel sorry for all the innocent people they have probably put in prison
