Went there for some stolen luggage, they could have gotten the cctv from national express but told me they stopped dealing with "lost property". They didn't even try to listen to me, just confidently dismissing my story (being that my bag was STOLEN).. They are also quite rude to students be they drunk or not in clubs.

Not helpful, try to send you away when you attempt to interact with them. Horrible staff at the desk who clearly do not know what they are doing. I guess this is what happens when the anti-corruption unit is corrupt itself.

Brilliant lady desk staff, listened to my situation and amazingly helped out. Wished I asked for her name. Very kind and gentle.

with this police force your name needs to be called mr like a family to get anything done about crime

Shop assistants assaulted me at Guildford Tescos at Ashenden Road and Police put more on fire to cause more stress by rather supporting the attackers instead of come and put things in right when I rang the operators. The police instead of helping me asked many irrelevant questions just let they delay any further action. The Surrey Police habitually isolate themselves from the public not providing sufficient support to citizens that they deserved.

Unfortunately, the operator of control room James, were very irritating and discriminative against of me at a high risk situation today and I believe that his mental health should be checked before employability. On purpose he understood things as he wanted to as a sarcasm against of me as a foreigner and I have been given improper assistance therfore he let the situation to develop in a wrong way regardless of his negligence in his profession. There is a lot of disappointment in this department of the British Police. Operators are more interested in our skin colour than the crime itself that happened against of us when someone attacked us. We pay a high amount of council tax, but the help from Police is near to zero.

Rude, egotistical and unhelpful? Then get a job here you will fit right in!
