NOT HAPPY. I took in six items for easy alterations and paid a LOT of money. After having to wait a week for them to be finished i found four of the six items not altered as i had requested. A pair of trousers cannot be worn again. When i returned to the shop the owner immediately said it was not her problem and started raising her voice! She argued it was not her work that was wrong but the dresses were the problem even though two were brand new! She also had a friend come in and immediately started talkin about me in polish while i was standing there!! The word curwa was also used!! Very rude and no manners. After insistence she agreed to rectify her mistakes. Waited another week to collect and only one dress is as i wanted. The other two ruined. For the money i paid im upset and angry. My clothes are ruined and the customer service really bad. That is NOT how you treat paying customers and i would steer clear of this establishment unless you have money to waste!

Superfast perfect alterations. Used the service multiple times and never regret. Always recommend to friends.

However, I have visited you earlier today to shorten a dress and was quoted unexpectedly higher than what you used to charge.

I have a softshell jackett ( £150 ) about 4 years old with broken zip. Driving past I have noticed this place and pop in to ask if lady could fix it. I Was told that my zip is rain proof ( black plastic cover which became worn, cracked and bits chipped away only after year ) and she can't put rainproof in but she can put regular one. And this 'regular one' looks much more stylish and beautifull than that cracked rain proof one. Softshell looks like new and I paid £20 instead of £150 for new one. Also lady has a lot of knowledge about anything related to materials e.g. I know that my company rainproof jackett is made from plastic bottles :) but its true-I found it on discovery channel.
Please note; bad comments about being rude comes from communication, the lady is not perfect in English but she is very good in what she is doing ! Will definitely come back instead of throwing clothes out will get them fixed

Prices way too high for Hanwell !!! So was put off and cannot say if worth it or not. This is a newish business but I wouldn't try and risk it, in case it was not a good service for a far too high price! Actually dearer than in 2 other places in Chiswick! And about same prices than a 3rd one based in Devonshire Rd in Chiswick!!!

Very helpful man he sorted the zip I needed and called me when it was ready only took a day. I will be going back with my dry cleaning.

I have been coming here for the last few years for alterations and have always been happy with the work. I recently bought a First Holy Communion dress for my daughter. Bozena was lovely. Despite her English being limited, we got by understanding each other and she always had a smile on her face. The dress she made is stunning and fits beautifully. My daughter absolutely loves it and cannot wait for her big day when she can wear it. Bozena’s creativity and workmanship is faultless. I highly recommend her for her dress making skills and alterations.

If you want quick and professional service you need to come to that Polish lady Mrs Bozena. She is fantastic, professional, brilliant designer and very nice person! She will give you advice, which dress can be good for your child, which not. I like that. It’s unique in the market now if everybody wants to sell everything! She maked stunning dress for my child’s First Communion plus I was so happy to buy more things for First Communion. Shop is full of beautiful things. I will come again.
