I went in with a seam issue on my new dress, the gentleman who served me was outstanding with the information he provided and reassured that they could help.
When I picked up the dress the outcome was amazing, you could not tell anything had ever been faulty.
Extremely brilliant customer care and very affordable service - will definitely be using again!

I had a wedding dress altered here and they were fantastic. Listened to everything that I wanted and were really honest about the cost overall from the get go. Overall I had 5 things done to my dress, which only took 2 weeks after a fitting in the middle and the service was fantastic! Highly recommend using these guys. Such a lovely small business with excellent service and a very quick turn around for a very fair price! Will 100% be going back there!

Fantastic service and top quality alterations for reasonable prices. Always super friendly and very accommodating to my time constraints. Have had everything from dresses trousers skirts denim shorts and even my wedding dress altered there and have never had any problems. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my alterations. 10/10!

This was truly a fabulous experience at The Alteration Studio. My initial messages were answered promptly and I was encouraged to bring the dress in the following morning as I needed the dress altering quickly. On arrival, I was greeted at the door with a friendly smile and by name. Once inside and changed into the dress, the seamstress got on with cutting and pinning. She had a fabulous eye for detail. Before leaving I was handed a receipt for the dress, advised of the cost, which was very reasonable give the expedited service, and a time for collection. Returning the following day, the dress was beautifully pressed and ready for the event. Before leaving I was shown the workmanship of the seamstress - fantastic. Thank you.

Would definitely recommend this place. The owners are so incredibly sweet and honest. They let you know in advance the cost. I got my wedding suit tailored there and they advised me perfectly. They also were able to fix another suit jacket just over the course of 3 days. Great place to go.
