She had come highly recommended to me as I had a dress that required a specialists hand to alter to make bigger.

I am so so happy with her work, it’s so seamless and cost wise was perfect. We worked together to find suitable fabrics and she did all the hard work. Really friendly and understanding and is a perfectionist in her role, a key trait that was perfect for the job I needed her to do.

Today went to have some ballet shoes ribbons sewn into ballet shoes. We sat in the red button cafe while this was done. Excellent service, All food was all home made, my son said "phenomenal, warm, soft, didn't crumble, smell delicious, he said best scone in years. " The decor was lovely. The ballet shoes look great

I had the most beautiful sequin dress that was way too long for me Zara got me to try it on so she could pin it up to shorten the length and she's done the most amazing job,I can't thank her enough she is very good at what she does thank you so much Zara xx

THE ABSOLUTE WORST TAILOR IN NOTTINGHAM!!!! DON’T BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY! Zara is highly unprofessional, disgustingly rude and delivers nothing but poor, shoddy workmanship. I gave her my outfit and she completely BUTCHERED it!!! the stitching was sooo bad and loose with materiel folding into itself. The cutting was diabolical. A blind person could have done a better job. Zara charges very high prices and drivers £1 sweatshop level workmanship. Her attitude absolutely stinks with no respect for the customer, Zara has zero tact, no customer service skills whatsoever. Zara is Extremely rude and insulting. You couldn’t pay me to go back there. If I could leave no stars I would!!!

Excellent service and outcome by Zara… she made my wedding suit fit like a million bucks!

I have now used Zara for alterations on two occasions, the service is exceptional and the price very, very reasonable. The turnaround time was so quick, and again, in this case, the alterations made the jeans fit perfectly. One thing that makes people return for more, is the person who provides the service, and Zara's attitude and welcoming smile is inviting and helps you understand that she will do what she has promised, and on both occasions she has not let me down. I will continue to get Zara to do any alterations I require, I won't use anyone else as long as she is available.
