Really helpful. The man in menswear was a credit to the company. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, the way a store assistant should be. (if your reading this from next, he was an older guy in working on Feb 19th) - deserves credit because sadly it's getting unusual to get staff that value their customers nowadays.

Went in for a suit and found one that fits well for a reasonable price, now bear in mind that I'm 6'5 with broad shoulders, slim build, 34" inner leg and a 17.5" neck that's pretty damn impressive! Oh of course there were loads of lines that doubt have the awkward fit that I am, but I did find something, and it didn't cost a fortune! Well done indeed

Loving shopping here and not to mention that Dale is an absolute gem to Next, as he goes above and beyond. He makes the experience like you’re in a high end tailor shop and you leave with a perfect fit 10/10

Went to collect a parcel today, asked a lady at the store and gave her my name-she directed me to a tablet to enter my order number and then disappeared into the back of the store. I thought she’d gone to get my parcel, after waiting for 25 minutes I asked the lady at the till whether there was anyone around who could help as I’d been waiting for a while. Her response was ‘It’s just me here and I can only do one thing at once’. I appreciate the staffing levels may have been low but some communication from the other lady would have been professional and a 25 minute wait to collect a parcel isn’t great either!

Good all-round Next store. Plenty on offer, especially in the kids section. Staff are helpful everytime is needed assistance. The Costa coffee shop is a nice addition to the store.
