Good range, polite staff. Absolutely no after sales service when there is a problem!! Unfortunately, we will no longer be using this store due to the severe lack of customer care. I would never recommend allcocks outdoor store to anyone following our recent experiences.

After reading quite a few very poor reviews, I was a bit reluctant to order, but after a bad experience with a company with quite a bit better star rating I ordered anyway. I spoke to Ellie on the phone as there was a problem with payment on the website. She was extremely helpful with my order which arrived within a couple of days. This was only my first purchase and I couldn't fault this company. 10/10 for Ellie 👍

Not competition just not wanting to pay these extortionate prices

Unfriendly and unhelpful. Had a seal replaced on my airrifle it didn't fire so took it back a worker took it apart admitted the person who had fitted seal had messed up. Then I had to pay £95 for the rifle to be fixed. To fix the problem that they had caused in the first place not happy. Avoid at all costs.

Fabulous customer service, would highly recommend. Good communication and went out of their way to ensure my experience was first class. Thank you, I will be back.

Visited today as I had a small amount of spare time. Was greeted and served by Kieran who was a real credit to this place. Very helpful, polite and knowledgable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Allcock’s and I will be certainly using them again. Well done.

What a great store - I have not found the quality or range of clothing anywhere else.

The actual shop is very welcoming, the real fires really add to the ambience, it's actually more of an experience than just going to the store!

My husband rather spoiled himself, like a kid in a sweet shop.......he was helped by the very lovely Ellie who was more than happy to get/advise different sizes/styles (and then neatly fold it all back up again!!), nothing was too much trouble and Ellie was really friendly and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend, looking forward to a revisit very soon!

Very expensive.cheaper to put fuel in and drive further..amazed it stays open
