Small Costa Coffee Which You Can See From The Ground Floor. The Costa In Next Is The Best Costa. I Have Been To This Costa A Couple Of Times. Hard Working Friendly Staff, Relaxed Environment

Downstairs to the right is womens clothing and shoes.
To the left there's children's clothing.
Up stairs to the left is menswear.
To the right is a smallish section of homeware.
Not much big furniture, more cushions and candles etc.
There's also a Costa cafe upstairs.
A toilet is available too.
An escalator to travel upstairs.
Till service is fast and efficient.
You can also collect online orders from here too.

Especially the mens department has a very pleasant aesthetic, and there's a M&S Cafe up there too (Randomly) but welcomely. Staff seem friendly, professional and polite.
Slight grievance - Returned a set of 3 T-shirts today as they immediately started falling apart at the seam. Chap behind the till immediately began exchanging process. Although that size wasn't available in store, he said he could organise them within 4 days asking where I'd like them sent, I replied 'To my house?' ... for 3.99 he replied. I gave him the opportunity for some customer recovery stating that their T-shirts immediately started falling apart on me, I felt the least they could do is get them sent to me directly and avoid me 2 additional trips back to the shopping centre, first to return, and then pick up again, but alas to no avail. Feel like this is some solid feedback for you Next. 3.99's not a lot to bring it back round for a customer when your product is faulty.

Menswear section was cramped, chaotic, and messy. Waited for ages and looked for staff multiple times for assistance with sizes etc. but couldn’t find anyone.

Brilliant customer service, lovely lady by the till I forgot the name of (Sorry!!) Who was very attentive and a joy to speak with, felt like treating myself to a good shopping spree so I know where to start next time!

I went into next (24/01/2023) a lovely lady called Maria helped me. She was so kind and helpful she definitely went above n beyond for me today. I really appreciated that she took time to help me find the perfect dress. I also ended up buy a jump suit! I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend this shop over any other Next stores

I went shopping today with my daughter and grandchild. We were looking for his first birthday outfit and would like to thank Esne for her pleasant and non pushy assistance. It was a joy not to feel pressured and i liked the fact that she suggested online ordering too. Thank you

In next today to buy my son-in-law a suit for a wedding. The service we received from Cat was amazing, he doesn't like trying clothes on but Cat put him at ease and was so knowledgeable about the suits. Thank you so much for you help today
