River Island

It has not been long since I left this shop and for about 10 minutes I was being followed by a staff member like I was a thief, I felt so uncomfortable I left. I had planned to buy a purse for my niece and I couldn't decide, I guess that it made the shop assistant suspicious but can I not look around in peace? She was so obvious too!
I have no intention to shop here again, extremely unprofessional staff member.

I just bought my item which cost a bit and my first visit I had was pleasant enough The girls are nice enough and they ordered my size including a discount however my second visit the staff look like they hate being there....can’t blame them as I would pay good money to even see management bust a smile or even offer to help rather then walk in the shadows watching us like we not suppose to be there. Such a pity

We have been served by LINDA today morning at RIVER ISLAND HOUNLSOW. It was so nice of her serve with big smile to make our day. See has been very helpful to help us find what we needed in a short time. God bless her 😊

Lots of nice clothes, shoes and bags.

Nice range of clothing. Bought a coat on 20th December for around 65 pounds which was then reduced to 25 pounds on 26th December. Maybe, I rushed too much. However, the collection is amazing for both men and women.

Parmjit working at the till was very helpful and polite when it came to serving me. Made my day!! x

Visited yesterday and there was a sign of 70% off but the price tags was deferent like prp was for example £30 now £21 which doesn't show a 70% off
