H&M

My teenage son loves this store (in Colchester) but I was disappointed to find the menswear department has been moved to the ground floor and there seems to be a lot less stock now as it seems to be a much smaller area. Other than that the clothes are good value and just that little bit 'different ' which my son loves and as he's 6 foot 2 & still growing I'm frequently buying more clothes here!!! A great shop 😊

I always look in H&M, but never have much luck, but Colchester's men's department is well laid out and they had some nice Summery clothes. I came away with a couple of nice colourful T-shirts. 👍

It's handy if you know what your want ftombgere but you bever really know what you will come away with. Rammed to the rafters with bargains from women's men's and children's clothing.

Clothing range is ok, but the staff on the tills are miserable. It clearly is an old.fashioned belief that customer's should get good customer service. The girl who served us didn't smile once so perhaps she should not have a customer focused role. Will shop.on line in future 🤔

This place is going down hill. There's no pride. It's worse n Primark some days. Clothes in the trails look scrumpled and creased. Cheap fast fashion at its worst

I mean... It's H&M. I went there because Next is shut down. It's like Next, only a bit cheaper and the clothes aren't quite as nice. But it's fine if you need clothes. Which I did. And I got some. So... Mission accomplished I guess.

Not impressed with presentation in store, clothing very creased just out of a box, looks bad uninviting. Did not buy anything.
