Recently moved to the area, went into the smaller store and spoke to Neil, although i didn't purchase anything he was a sound bloke who was very informative and great to talk to.

A real credit to the business. I will be back and purchasing this time!

Rude staff! 3 members of staff on and not one said hi or made a welcoming environment , felt quite comfortable hence why we didn't look properly . The clothes we did see were nice , good quality Shame about customer service or should I say lack of it .

Could not fault their customer service. Quick to reply and really helpful.

Would 100% recommend shopping here as offer great products and good pricing.

Amazing Service

Ordered Tuesday afternoon items delivered Wednesday Afternoon! A few larger companies could take note (What Postal Strike????)

Very expensive for Witney you won't last,Crew where in the same mall went to cheaper premises, but they will go eventually as to expensive ,drop your price get the customers.

Terrible service, aviod and don't waste your money with them. Terrible customer service rude & unhelpful staff got some woman talking down to me like a child and kept talking over me and was about as much use as I chocolate fire guard. Aviod and shop at a company that looks after there customers cause these talk to you like dirt over the phone when chasing up orders which was late after paying for express delivery. Didn't send a tracking number so had to ring up to chase it up and encountered the most rude and unhelpful woman ever. There not a good company at all. The Manger was hopless aswell when emailing him he give me a £5 refund which is a insult. They put profit before anything eles and are not bothered about keeping customers happy. Aviod spend your money on a company that appreciates customers cause these definitely don't.

I have bought 3 items in the past 2 months. Packaging was excellent and delivery was quick. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future.
