I went in last weekend looking for a specific dress, unfortunately it wasn’t in stock however this sales assistant gracie was so helpful and helped find an alternative dress, i felt welcomed and would definitely recommend this Hollister shop to my friends and family as gracie made me feel welcomed and the positive energy really made my day.

Safe to say you have the best customer service of any company I have dealt with in recent times. Parcel was lost by Royal Mail, your customer service representative on the phone was super helpful and all was sorted and refunded without an issue. Big credit to you as a company and reminds me why I do most of my clothes shopping with you, not only do you get great service but clothes that last the test of time.

The staff was friendly queue was long but worth the wait as became a member by inputing my email address and got a very nice discount on my purchase
