I ordered a dress from fat face a couple of weeks ago to be delivered to the Fatface Berkhamsted store. I was waiting to be informed that it had been delivered but hadn’t heard anything so I popped into store on Tuesday to enquire about my order. Sharon was brilliant, she checked where my order was, only to discover they had cancelled my order without my knowledge.Sharon checked on the computer if any stores had the dress I wanted in anywhere.
She discovered that it was in another store so then arranged for my dress to be posted out to the store in Berkhamsted.
She has a caring approach and she is a true professional prepared to go that extra mile for her customer

The clothes are so well made with lots of variety, the staff are friendly and helpful and the changing rooms are large, it pays to wait for the sales which happen regularly.

Good mixture of adult and children's clothes, small shop but lovely staff.

Prime location and very good staff. Marketing gurus at FF must love it as it conjures up a sense of picking the kids up from a New England beach party. Sadly the quality of mens products is slipping. Broken zips and fly buttons aside their socks now constrict your feet after one wash. Not good enough. Go to Crew Clothing if you want better quality.

Like Fatface. It was very quiet when I visited. However the shopping experience since lockdown isn't the same.

This is a lovely store with helpful and friendly staff. Today I received truly excellent customer service. I will return!
