VANS Store Cambridge

Good store like all the others, useful staff. Picked out a pair of green Chima Ferguson 2 in the sale for forty five quids, they didn't have a ten and a half but they managed to find them online and order them for me to be delivered to my home. Said they'd take five days to arrive, haven't turned up yet but should come tomorrow.

A nice little Vans store in a prominent unit in Cambridge. The staff are friendly, the store is well stocked and clean. The music isn't too loud and the lighting isn't too bright or too dark. The stuff they sell is good quality and I'd recommend it for any Vans fan or any fan of good shoes!

Absolutely fantastic experience in store! I've been to many Van stores in the past but this one was by far my favourite! The store was clean and tidy and had everything I was looking for in stock and in my size! However the best part of the experience was the staff in store! They were upbeat and friendly! Especially Joyce! She walked me through all the new shoes and what she personally recommended and really went above and beyond when it came to product knowledge and customer care! I cannot recommend this store enough because of her care and attention to detail! Thank you so much! Hopefully see you again soon!

Had the best service here! First I bought shoes that I really liked the look of of, but nest day have realised they are really uncomfortable. Staff were really helpful and quick to refund and helped me to find replacement! Couldn't be happier, will gladly be back!

Most lovely staff who really looked after my little one who was crying in the changing rooms… the lady spent so much time with us trying to find the perfect trousers and shoes and boosted his confidence. Came in self conscious and upset and left with a huge smile on his face :)

Best service by Aiden and colleagues for myself my fiancé and nephew they go above and beyond every time highly recommend.

Ethan is an absolute credit to the store. Knowledgable and fun, on a busy weekend, even if his manager was in his ear telling him not to make jokes! The store was small but well stocked and not understaffed.
