H&M

Beginning of the month i Went to return a swimsuit i got in southampton and get the correct size. Unfortunately they don't sell swimwear in the Whiteley H&M but a staff member was amazing, she offered to ring Portsmouth (poor girl was on hold for so long) once she got through she reserved the size I needed and my partner collected it on the way home. I wish I got her name so she could get some praise. She was so lovely too. What could of been a frustrating visit, wasn't because of her willing to go out her way.

Store is very clean and nice , Some clothing areas not well organised.

thank you to Kayla working today she helped my little sister sign up as a member. she was very patient and helpful!

Stopped shopping here because of Georgia. Found her rude, will be buying clothes online from now on x
