Always loved Watford but sadly a lot of shops have closed down. The new designer shops don't interest me

Five stars solely for the little Asian lady who works there (sorry don't know her name)who was amazing doing the job of three people very efficiently and with so much energy, deserves a pay rise....

This is not my shop but today I witnessed the staff being rude to a lady willing to shop. The staff was closing the door before the closing time and did not allow the lady customer to enter. She was holding a baby and seems to be upset as she could not do her shopping which I understand was a travelling bag. She did not even allow a second for conversation and talked from inside the shop through the glass door she even advised rudely to shop next door for the same item twice the price in the next door shop.

It was really nice store but now its really bad because staff is really rude store all messed-up in Watford

Great shop, great bargains, good quality clothes

First time doing shopping there some bargins, I will be going back there

Some reasonable products, men's socks were same price as sold in M & S! Very polite and helpful cashier.
