River Island Ealing

Well managed store. The manager is always so nice and professional and was hugely missed during her time away on maternity 😊🤗.

Only issue I have is with the jackets/ coats. In general, I love buying the clothes from River island, but the buttons are not very well attached to the jackets and keep falling off after a few days of purchase. Please could you look into this quality issue🙏

I ordered online and was expecting the delivery at the store tomorrow. However, this morning, I received 2 emails. One tells me that my purchases had been dispatched. The second said that it’s ready for collection. What a lovely surprise.

As I walked into the store, Melissa greeted me with a smile and asked me if she could help me. How nice! I showed her my email for collection. Within minutes, Melissa had my order ready. From ordering to delivery, the whole process has been very smooth.

This brand has a lot of classic designs which can be worn for years and still look classy. Not just clothing designs but also handbags, shoes accessories, jewellery. Sizes fit me very well. Prices are very reasonable.

Horrible experience with the purse snatching gangs for a family member.

Unlucky timing within the shop.

Unfortunately, the staff took no initiative to help the victim. We had to chase the staff up multiple times to ask basic questions, like the address of the shop. They didn't even think or suggest to call the mall security officers immediately, which could have made all the difference.

The store was a little messed up but has a very good summer collection.

Lovely summer collection . Sale is also on currently.

I enjoy shopping at RI in Ealing Broadway, but I also like visiting the online store which you might be surprised if you look deeper for others colours in the same line item

I’m actually appalled by the poor level of customer service this store provides! The manager at this store was extremely rude and unprofessional. It seemed like she did not have a clue of what she was on about. I understand that sometimes it’s hard to know the answer to everything but there’s always polite way to deal with certain scenarios and actually try to come across helpful! The other ground staff were far more polite in comparison to the store manager!
